FullAtom was founded to help others by providing specialized expertise to investors and owners of real estate. The founders bring together a diverse and complimentary background and experiences that is based in extensive education and hard fought battles.

Philip A. Seagraves, Ph.D. - Strategist & Real Estate Professor

Philip Seagraves received his Ph.D. and M.S. in Real Estate from Georgia State University in his home town of Atlanta, Georgia. He received an M.B.A. in Business Administration from Emory University and a Bachelor of Business Administration in marketing at the University of Georgia. He joined Middle Tennessee State University in 2014 to help build the University’s real estate program where he remains a tenured member of the faculty and Director of the Real Estate Studies Program.

As director of MTSU’s growing real estate program, Dr. Seagraves teaches a variety of undergraduate courses such as Principles of Real Estate, Real Estate Finance, Real Estate Investments, Real Estate Brokerage Management, and the Dale Carnegie course. His current research interests include innovative housing, real estate securities, brokerage, and corporate executive pay. In addition to his research program, Dr. Seagraves also has a passion for international study and travel where students can learn more about real estate around the world.

 

Helping to bring the real world into the classroom, Dr. Seagraves is an active real estate investor, developer, and licensed real estate broker in Tennessee. He has also held real estate brokerage licenses in Georgia and Wisconsin. Dr. Seagraves also helped launch a one-of-a-kind rest estate brokerage for students called, Blue Raider Realty where MTSU’s real estate students can get licensed and start working in the real estate industry before graduation. Prior to joining MTSU, Dr. Seagraves taught Real Estate and Real Estate Investment at University of Wisconsin, Mississippi State, and Georgia State. He also worked for Intuit, ADP, and IBM in strategic planning, marketing and business development.

   

G. Sumner R. Bouldin, Jr. - Attorney

A Murfreesboro native, Sumner has thirty-five years of practice experience before the state and federal trial courts of Tennessee. He has tried civil matters to juries throughout Middle Tennessee. He also maintains a substantial appellate practice before the Tennessee Court of Appeals and Tennessee Supreme Court.

Focuses his trial practice on civil matters, including eminent domain, business litigation, real estate litigation, construction litigation, and administrative litigation. He has lectured frequently on the law of eminent domain. In addition, he practices extensively in the public finance field, including conduit bond financings, 501 (c)(3) financings, multi-family housings financings, payment in lieu of tax agreements, and tax increment financing.

A graduate of Washington & Lee University and the University of Tennessee School of Law. He is admitted to practice before all courts of the State of Tennessee, the United States District Court for the Middle District of Tennessee, the United States Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals, and the United States Supreme Court. He is a member of the Rutherford/Cannon County Bar Association, the Tennessee Bar Association, and the National Association of Bond Lawyers. He maintains an “AV” preeminent peer rating by Martindale-Hubbell.

Clients include construction companies of all sizes, automotive repair companies, nonprofit companies, professional practices, landowners, and individuals. He is counsel for The Industrial Development Board of Rutherford County, Tennessee, The Health and Educational Facilities Board of Rutherford County, Tennessee, and The Industrial Development Board of Cannon County, Tennessee.

 

Wesley W. Bynum, MBA, CPA - Accountant

Wesley Bynum holds a BBA degree in accounting from Middle Tennessee State University, as well as an MBA from Middle Tennessee State University.  He is a CPA licensed in the state of Tennessee and holds membership in both the Tennessee Society of CPAs and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.  His areas of practice include expertise in tax planning and preparation, accounting, start-up consulting, and technology/financial management consulting for businesses.  Wes resides in Murfreesboro, TN with his wife Megan and son Lawson.  In his spare time, Wes enjoys working on his farm and spending time with family and friends.
